How Progression Works in The Tower

Each Tower run consists of five randomized levels, each with randomized map layouts and monster families. To Diablo 4 Items progress, you must fill the Tower's progress bar by:

Killing monsters
Collecting progression orbs dropped by Elites, Champions, and Mastery Goblins

Progression Orbs Explained

Progression orbs are the most important part of a successful run. These orbs contribute a substantial amount toward the bar and are always dropped from:

Elites
Champions
Mastery Goblins

These enemies are marked as red dots on the minimap, making them easy to identify. The more experience a monster provides, the more progression you earn-meaning high-density elite floors are extremely valuable.

Tower Pylons - How They Work

One of the core mechanics that distinguishes The Tower from other activities is its unique Pylon system. You will encounter four Pylons per run, but cheap Diablo IV Items they are protected by shields that you must break before activating them.

You are guaranteed to encounter all three main Pylons once per run, with the fourth being a random repeat.
